After years of working in the high-stakes world of Oil and Gas, she brought her sharp analytical skills and business acumen into a new arena when she married into the lighting industry. What began as a family connection quickly became a personal passion for lighting design. Now, with over a decade of hands-on experience, Courtney has carved out her own space among lighting professionals and designers—bringing fresh energy, strategic insight, and a deep appreciation for how lighting transforms environments and experiences. Her transition from Oil and Gas to lighting wasn’t just a career shift; it was a calling. She found more creativity, more connection, and more purpose in helping clients see their spaces in a whole new light. She is also a proud member of IDS, ASID and art.

His transition into the lighting industry was a natural fit, as Rolin’s understanding of lighting design, electrical design, safety standards, and system functionality makes him an invaluable asset among our lighting professionals.
